I think your program is really fantastic. The positive messages always come at just the right time of day. The content is really great stuff! Thank you for what you are doing to help people stay positive. We need more of that in the world today.
I am grateful for you helping me to have a positive life.
To whom it may concern, I stumbled across your website a few weeks ago and I really appreciate what you do. I use it daily. My text reminders help me to be present, focus on the good in my life, and to connect with and share the love and kindness I sometimes forget is inside me. Thank you for what you do.
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
I was skeptical at first about it being text-based instead of a mobile app but texts work so much better. I am definitely more likely to read the messages if they comes as a text. You can always add the website to your home screen for easier access. I like that there is not an overwhelming amount of messages but have the option to request more.
