"Sometimes during a discussion, you are correct (or you really think you are correct); however, the other person also believes they are correct. It is ok to not always debate that you are correct. You must evaluate the discussion to determine if it is worth a debate or not. Sometimes being passive can be easier on your emotions."

I am grateful for you helping me to have a positive life.
I am grateful that you are helping me with a positive response and meditation.
Your programs have been a lifesaver! I am going through a very difficult time. I don't know how I came across Take 2 Minutes but it seriously was a blessing. I look forward every night to get a text with a positive message. It has saved me and really kept my mind straight. Thank you so much and I hope others benefit from it like myself.
Thank you for founding this service that can spread a little light onto those who need it. The world needs more people like you and your team.
I have tried other mood tracking apps in the past that didn't work out, the Take 2 Minutes text-based links were really great. They sent me daily reminders to do them, and they didn't shove my past answers in my face as other apps have in the past. I find it's better for my mental health that way, as I remember to do it, and I don't have to constantly see that my mood changes, and that I don't have to watch the graph of my mood drop daily.
