6 I love the dream journal! It is much better than I expected an online dream journal could be!
7 I quite enjoy the text-based app because it was easily accessible, as it provided me with a link to the website each time I got a message, instead of me having to log in on my computer. Also, since it is a text-based app system, the messages were very short and simple to read, as opposed to a long paragraph in an email.
8 I am grateful for holding myself to complete activites even on the days I didn't want to. I can feel my mind starting to think of theĀ positiveĀ things and getting excited to write down whatever happened on my 3 good things later that day.
9 My absolute favorite part of the app was the 3 good things (3GT). I love that I was able to set a timer where the system will send a friendly reminder to complete it. With the 3GT portion I really had to reflect on my day. There was one day where I had to really think hard about the 3GT because it was a difficult day. However, this helped me to slow down and think about the small things and how grateful I am to even be able to complete another day. This system has shifted my mindset in a positive light. I highly recommend take 2 minutes.
